A dramatic late double by former Stoke forward Joselu sent Real Madrid through to the Champions League final as Bayern Munich's hopes of a seventh European Cup were dashed in dramatic fashion.

Bayern had taken the lead through Alphonso Davies in the 57th minute, but Joselu struck twice in the final 10 minutes to secure a 4-3 aggregate victory for the Spanish giants.

The result means that Real Madrid will face Manchester City in the final in Paris on 28 May.
